History

Having helped a friend purchase this wonderfully original Volkswagen Golf R32 in 2013 we have gotten to know the vehicle very well, at the time it was the nicest example we could find.
The vehicle was originally sold by supplying VW dealer Lindvale on 07/12/2005.
The vehicle has a detailed service history file from new with main dealer supplying invoices.
The service history file includes the R32 owners folder, original VW service book with supplying main dealer stamps, owners handbooks, VW invoices, two keys, original brochures and R32 photo cards.

Exterior

There’s no mistaking the definitive style and sporting bodyline of the R32.
Body-coloured bumpers, door mirrors with integrated indicators, side bump strips and door handles combine to create a streamlined, aerodynamic exterior, enhanced by the rear roof spoiler and deep front spoiler.
Blue tinted glass and Bi-Xenon headlights add to the R32’s visual impact, while the chrome twin exhaust tailpipes and sporty 18 inch ‘Zolder’ alloy wheels hint at the power within.
But the distinctive front grille and R32 badge really say it all.
This is the ultimate Golf, for those who appreciate true sports performance.

Finished in its original factory finished Steel Grey (X6) Metallic paintwork.
The vehicle has been treated to new and genuine (German) Volkswagen front wings, this was due to the original Italian wings suffering from the common rust issue.
The exterior of this R32 looks stunning and presents to a beautiful standard, it defies the age and mileage.
All external lights, factory etched glass and rubber are original fitment and in perfect condition.
Original R32 badges remain in place and set the car off beautifully.

Interior

From the moment you first climb into the new Golf R32 your senses are stimulated.
Great attention to detail is clearly visible, highlighted through several areas of brushed aluminium trim, unique ‘Engine spin’ decorative trim and front sport seats upholstered in high quality Anthracite leather with R logo.
Once inside the Golf R32, you’ll notice deep front sport seats designed to hold the driver and front passenger firmly whilst cornering, with subtle details such as brushed aluminium foot pedals, gear knob, and a leather trimmed three-spoke steering wheel with R32 badge.
All dials and switch gear function without fault.
The interior presents beautifully, again defying the age and mileage.

Engine and Transmission

The R32 is powered by an exceptional 3.2 litre V6 petrol engine, capable of generating a phenomenal 250 PS, and producing a hefty 320 Nm of torque at only 2,800 rpm.
Coupled with a slick six speed manual gearbox, the V6 engine can accelerate the R32 from 0-62 mph in an impressive 6.5 seconds.
The R32 is fitted with the sophisticated 4MOTION four wheel drive system.
Using the 4MOTION system power is redistributed to the wheels that need it most, ensuring all four wheels work in harmony.
The vehicle has just benefitted from a major service and in-depth vehicle inspection using genuine VW parts.
All fluids and filters are new and a service to the Haldex system has been carried out.
At time of inspection a new Denso air conditioning compressor was fitted.

Wheels and Tyres

Fitted with its original and freshly refurbished ‘Zolder’ alloy wheels and matching brand-new Michelin Pilot Sport 225/40 R18 Y tyres with brand new genuine alloy wheel centre caps.
An impressive braking system comprises brand new front discs and pads with recent rear discs and pads and new brake fluid.
The professionally refurbished Blue brake callipers are clearly visible behind the 18" ‘Zolder’ alloy wheels and look stunning!

To Finish

This R32 has clearly been cherished its whole life, we are confident it’s one of the nicest available.
 It’s completely original and prior to having the new front wings fitted it was wearing all its factory applied Steel Grey Metallic paintwork.

We are confident that this is an appreciating modern classic.
